The Solution

Incoming paper-based purchase orders are interpreted through artificial intelligence and automatically cross-referenced against master data stored within applications such as ERP systems. Pre-defined validation rules ensure that the required data elements are correctly interpreted. If validation doesn't meet these requirements, orders are sent directly to a comprehensive web portal for data entry clerks to validate information and accelerate posting into the back-end system.
