Philip Zhang Joins SEEBURGER as General Manager

Global B2B Solution Provider Adds Former INFOR Senior Manager to China Executive Team

Shanghai (Feb 2, 2008) --- SEEBURGER Inc., a leading provider of global business-to-business integration solutions, today announced the appointment of Philip Zhang to serve as General Manager, Seeburger China Inc. in the company’s China headquarters in Shanghai.  Effective immediately, Mr. Zhang is responsible for sales, market development and China operations for SEEBURGER’s business in China, as well as working with the company’s home office in Germany to leverage SEEBURGER’s global footprint.

Before joining SEEBURGER, as a Senior Manager of Greater China for INFOR, the third largest enterprise application vendor, Mr. Zhang held several positions with responsibilities ranging from Business Development, Business Consultancy and Marketing within Greater China. Zhang helped formulate INFOR’s Market strategies to successfully develop INFOR’s branding image within the China market and as a result he fostered many long term strategic relationships with third party industry associations and institutional organizations.

Prior to his association with INFOR, Zhang had over 10 years experience with Product Development, Plant Management, and Sales & Marketing Management with one of China’s largest electronics manufacturers.
