Business Mail

 

E-mail integration is the most basic means to provide electronic support to small suppliers. Business Mail combines the high availability of e-mail with the functionality and flexibility of XML. Orders, delivery notes, invoices, etc. can be recorded or processed without direct internet access. Small suppliers receive a pre-configured form via e-mail. Once the form is filled out by the supplier, it is automatically transformed into an XML document.
