the following three-pronged approach: Adoption of SEEBURGER’s B2B Gateway

as the technology platform for its next generation of hosted service solutions,

bundle SEEBURGER’s B2B Gateway as part of its unique license offering and

resell SEEBURGER’s B2B Gateway in Asia Pacific primarily Singapore, Malaysia,

Thailand and China.
