To improve our service quality we reworked and updated the monthly automatically generated SLA-Report of Managed Services.
We’ll implement this report in upcoming next 3 months step by step per customer and want to present and explain within these webcast the new SLA-Report in detail.
The new Report contains more detailed information than hitherto, a Service Overview and, among other things, retrospective Information to number of processed messages and service availabilities.
