The world is changing, and so is Vattenfall. Only “electricity and gas” was yesterday. That’s no longer enough today. In the context of a tender won in the B2B environment, the legal requirement arose, among other things, to report standardized messages to ACER via ACER-XML. A requirement whose implementation with the existing individual Trade Reporting Solution proved to be quite cost-intensive and complex. In view of the ACER- In order to be able to send messages at short notice on a defined deadline, the standardised and immediately usable SEEBURGER RRM+ Service came into focus as the optimal solution.
SEEBURGER RRM+ Service is registered as an official RRM with ACER and as a 3rd party service provider with REGIS-TR and is therefore able to submit reports to the authorities. Customers of the service can transfer their business to SEEBURGER in various ways. Whether CSV upload, via XML upload via SFTP or via an Excel template, SEEBURGER converts the data into the desired format and already internally checks the transactions for completeness and content formats. After successful validation, the data is sent to ACER or REGIS-TR in the appropriate format and processed there. The various transactions can be searched for in RRM at any time and displayed clearly. This enables customers to fulfil their legal obligations under EMIR and REMIT safely and easily. In addition to the basic business described in the RRM+ service, there is also the option of delegated reporting in third-party business. Here a company can submit reports for its partners. Within a very short time and after a smooth onboarding with the SEEBURGER Trading Team, the first successful reports from Vattenfall to ACER are now running via the SEEBURGER RRM.
