What to Expect from Us

  • Experience variety: During your studies, you’ll go through different departments and gain broad insights into the world of digital business.
  • Learn through practice: In each department, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience – for example, in Marketing by developing campaigns and social media content, in Sales by supporting customers and preparing offers, or in Consulting by assisting with customer projects and workshops.
  • Use your creative freedom: You can actively shape your practical phases and bring in your own interests – whether you’re more drawn to communication, customer relations, or project work, you’ll find your place with us.
  • Personal support: Our training team and your departments will personally guide and support you – you’re never on your own.
  • Apprentice and student community: A dedicated space, regular events, after-work activities, and joint projects create a strong sense of community.

 

What You Bring

  • Good general or advanced technical college entrance qualification (Delta Test can be submitted later)
  • Strong interest in business management and enthusiasm for IT and digitalization
  • Commitment and team spirit
