You’ll receive a message from us that we have received your booking. Within five working days before the training date, you‘ll receive a final confirmation with all the important information about the training.

Our training typically starts at 9 a.m. and wraps up around 4:30 p.m. During the day, we provide a business lunch and incorporate multiple coffee breaks to keep everyone energized. If you're attending a training session at our Bretten location, lunch will be served at the SEEBURGER canteen.

Your training materials will be available in the training room on the first day. For online courses, the materials will be provided on the virtual machines you will be using on the day of the training.

Yes, we can offer a modern PC training course classroom to each participant (subject to classroom capacity and adherence to the maximum number of participants per classroom).

No, hotel expenses are not included in the price of training and are billed separately with the hotel. All SEEBURGER BIS Platform Academy participants are entitled to preferential room rates at selected hotels.

With the course confirmation email, you will also receive a link to perform a connection test. Please complete this test in advance to ensure your system meets the technical requirements for using the Academy infrastructure.
In some cases, company IT security policies — such as those applied through corporate networks or laptops — may interfere with a smooth connection to the training systems.
