You want to take an active role in shaping the digital world of businesses, are communicative, and have an interest in IT and commercial processes? Then start your apprenticeship as an IT Systems Management Assistant (IHK) at SEEBURGER in Bretten!

As an IT Systems Management Assistant, you are the link between technology and customers: you advise, plan, organize, and ensure that IT solutions run smoothly – from procurement to implementation.

What to Expect with Us

  • Experience development and research: During your practical phases, you’ll get to know our work in development and research. You’ll support us in improving existing solutions and creating new ones.
  • Understand our products: You’ll learn how our products are built, how they work, and how they’re continuously developed. Along the way, you’ll work with various technologies and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Discover future technologies: In our research department, you’ll gain insights into cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain.
  • Individual support: Our training team and your departments will provide personal guidance – you’ll never be on your own.
  • Apprentice and student community: Dedicated spaces, regular events, after-work activities, and joint projects foster a strong sense of community.

 

What You Bring

  • General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (technical college diploma with DHBW eligibility test)
  • Interest in software development, IT systems, and technical processes
  • Analytical thinking, team spirit, and a structured way of working
  • Initiative and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility
  • Some programming experience or IT knowledge is a plus – but not required
