As an IT Systems Management Assistant, you are the link between technology and customers: you advise, plan, organize, and ensure that IT solutions run smoothly — from procurement to implementation.

What You Bring Along
- A good secondary school diploma, advanced technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma
- Interest in IT and commercial topics
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and initiative
- Some initial IT experience (e.g., internship) is a plus but not required
Your Prospects

- Consulting: Advise our customers on implementing and optimizing IT solutions, analyze requirements, and accompany projects from planning to rollout.
- IT Desktop Service: Serve as the first point of contact for our employees’ technical questions, set up and maintain workstations, and ensure that IT runs smoothly.
- Sales: Work in sales, advise customers on our IT solutions, prepare quotes, and manage the entire sales process – from the initial inquiry to contract signing.
- IT Infrastructure: Plan, build, and maintain our networks, servers, and systems – ensuring they operate efficiently and securely.
- Support: Assist our customers with technical issues, find solutions, and make sure their daily operations run seamlessly.
If you’re motivated, you’ll have excellent chances of being offered a permanent position and can continue developing your career – for example, through further training, specialization, or part-time study programs. Look forward to a secure position in a future-oriented industry!
