Zoom - Conference Room

The CRC API provides access to Conference Room Connector (CRC) usage metrics. Conference Room Connector is a Zoom add-on service that enables standards-based H.323/SIP video conferencing devices (such as Cisco, Polycom, or Lifesize) to join Zoom meetings and webinars via SIP or H.323.

The CRC API allows developers and administrators to retrieve CRC port usage data for a specified time period, including detailed hourly statistics on capacity usage. This supports effective monitoring and reporting and enables the integration of CRC usage data into external dashboards or analytics tools, providing greater transparency into CRC capacity consumption.
