The Zoom Mail API enables developers to programmatically interact with Zoom’s email service for users with Zoom Mail enabled. It allows applications to manage emails and drafts, including listing, creating, sending, updating, and deleting messages, as well as retrieving mailbox history and detailed message information.
The API uses standard REST operations over HTTPS with OAuth 2.0 authentication and requires the appropriate scopes, such as mail:read and mail:write. It is available for Zoom One Pro, Business, and Enterprise accounts with the Zoom Mail service enabled and requires account owner or administrator privileges.
