SEEBURGER, a global provider of integration software and services, today announced that The Coconut Collab has selected SEEBURGER to modernise its EDI operations and support the company’s next phase of integration growth.

The Coconut Collab is a UK-based food brand known for its coconut-based, dairy-free yoghurts, desserts, cream, custard and drinks. As the company continues to expand its presence in the UK retail market, reliable and scalable integration with trading partners is becoming an increasingly important foundation for operational efficiency and future growth.

As we prepare for our next phase of growth and our upcoming ERP migration, we want to ensure that our integration landscape can support our retail partnerships reliably and efficiently. SEEBURGER brings the EDI expertise and broader integration perspective we need to build a stronger foundation for the future,” said Craig Harding, Supply Chain Director at The Coconut Collab.

The initial project will focus on a cloud-based managed EDI service for The Coconut Collab’s retail partner integrations. SEEBURGER will support the company in modernising its existing EDI setup, streamlining connectivity with key trading partners and preparing its integration landscape for evolving business and technology requirements.

A key driver for the project is The Coconut Collab’s planned migration from Sage 200 to Sage Intacct. As this transition requires new interfaces and integration processes, the company is using the ERP migration as an opportunity to reassess and strengthen its wider integration approach.

Beyond the initial EDI scope, the collaboration creates a foundation for future integration scenarios across warehouse, manufacturing, logistics and non-EDI processes. This broader roadmap reflects The Coconut Collab’s need for an integration partner that can support current retail requirements and future digital initiatives.

The Coconut Collab is modernising its integration landscape at an important point in its growth journey,” said Mark Sibthorpe, Senior Sales Executive UK at SEEBURGER. “By aligning EDI modernisation with its ERP migration, the company is creating a stronger foundation for reliable retail integration and future digital development. We are pleased to support this project with an approach that addresses today’s EDI requirements while keeping future integration scenarios in view.”

SEEBURGER brings established EDI expertise, managed connectivity services and existing mapping capabilities for major UK retail partners. This will help reduce implementation complexity and support a structured migration path as The Coconut Collab prepares for ERP and EDI go-live later this year.

The project marks an important step in strengthening The Coconut Collab’s integration foundation for continued retail growth and future digital expansion.
