Training Levels and Courses
Level 1
Entry Level Training.
Required to move to Level 2 or Solutions training. Training is 4 days, classroom or online.
This is our introduction to SEEBURGER BIS and the Business Integration Converter (BIC). Includes theory and practical learning based on the topic. Training exercises conducted in training academy/BIS VM.

- BIS Basics (S-6000) – functionality and administration
- BIC Basics (S-6420) – how to create conversions
Level 2
Advanced Level Training. Optional.
Training is 4 days, classroom or online. Pre-requisite: Level 1 and experience using BIS and BIC.
Go beyond basic and dive deeper into BIS and BIC. Covers topics such as backup, restore and recovery, certificate handling and clustering. Includes theory and practical learning based on the topic. Training exercises conducted in training academy / BIS VM.

- BIS Advanced (S-6002) – administration and configuration
- BIC Advanced (S-6425) – development of conversions or connection of DB
Solutions
Component Training. Optional.
Pre-requisite: Level 1. Recommended: Level 2. Classroom or online, duration to be determined based on course(s).

Location Options
On Customer Site
We´ll come to you. Each attendee will be assigned to a dedicated VM in SEEBURGER Academy Cloud.
Each student must have a computer with:
- An HTML5-compliant Web browser. (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
- An Internet connection
- A minimum of 8GB RAM (preferably 16GB RAM)
Requirements:
- Reservations for virtual SEEBURGER Academy environment required two (2) weeks in advance
- Feedback and final booking with SEEBURGER Academy team
- Timeline to be agreed upon between SEEBURGER and customer in advance
- Based on trainer availability
- Customer pays travel and hotel costs for trainer
- Maximum six (6) students per course
At an External Training Center (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia)
Your team meets our trainer at an off-site location in Malaysia, Singapore or Indonesia for their training.
Each student must have a computer with:
- An HTML5-compliant Web browser. (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
- An Internet connection
- A minimum of 8GB RAM (preferably 16GB RAM)
Requirements:
- Reservation required two (2) weeks in advance
- Timeline to be agreed upon between SEEBURGER and customer in advance
- Based on trainer availability
- Minimum five (5), maximum ten (10) attendees per course
Online
Complete your training anywhere
As long as you have a computer with minimum 8GB RAM (16GB RAM preferred), an HTML5-compliant Web browser and Internet access. Minimum 2, maximum 6 attendees.
Guidelines and Requirements
1. Completion of Level 1 training is required for both Level 2 and Solutions training.
2. Each student must have a computer with:
- An HTML5-compliant Web browser. (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
- An Internet connection
- A minimum of 8GB RAM (preferably 16GB RAM)
3. Reservations and other information:
- Reservations for all training are required two (2) weeks in advance
- Timeline to be agreed upon between SEEBURGER and customer in advance
- All courses based on trainer availability
- Must meet required minimum/maximum number of trainees
- Minimum 5, maximum 10 trainees for external off-site training
- Maximum 6 trainees for on-customer-site training
